Cranial advancement is an eminent anatomical event. The size and limit of the mind change over the different developmental gatherings. Primates built up a bigger cranial limit when contrasted with their quick ancestors. For example, Homo habilis had a rough cranial limit of 600 cubic centimeters while Homo erectus had a cerebrum limit that ran somewhere in the range of 800 and 1100 cubic centimeters. The expansion in the cerebrum limit was a persistent procedure all through the development stages. The toes and fingers of the early primates were delicate. The most punctual structures had nails with a hook like change making chasing feasible. The nails likewise filled in as defensive rigging against outer animosity. The forelimbs and the rear appendages had an opposable finger and an opposable toe separately. The opposable finger makes it simple to get a handle on items and food. Introduction on the article synthesis paper: An article synthesis paper is meant to put across an understanding on the topic of question. This is intended to provide a general understanding on the selected topics as well as review papers which will as result provide the researcher with a solid background of how the review should be done in a normal way. In this synthesis paper I have selected four articles to write a synthesis based on the reviewed articles The first article I chose was on Earlier stress exposure and subsequent major depression in aging women and it is an international journal reviewed by Sabrina L. Jenkins. The objective of this paper to finds out three major aspects of stressors in young women. The journal speaks about how the middle-aged women suffer from major depression disorders or what is considered to be a clinical depression. It states that women who do not have these symptoms at an early stage can experienced the syndrome at an age of menopause. Alternatively, it can also relate to Normanton stressors. The research was conducted to find out an estimation of the effects of stressors longitudinally on the subsequent women average of 60. The research also exposes an attempt to explore as well as find a determination of if there is any problem on exposure to stressors in a woman early life and distance major disorder. To be more specific, the paper finds out three major aspects of stressors in young women. The first aspect is whether stressors in early life evocate women risks for attainingmajor depression at an old age. Secondly: what early life stressors if there exist any would distance MDD on aging female gender? Finally, what is the importance of strategies that are implied for identification, prevention and treatment of those risks for MDD. The focus of the journal is on the implication and how the management of the stress throughout life would lead to improvement for aging women. After carrying out an experiment, the researcher realizes that there are several indicators of depression. The study presents these indicators based on the clinical perspectives or clinical major depression disorders. The procedure used is set on the depression, mood, or even loss of interest in or enjoyment in vital things. After meeting certain criteria which was provided by the researcher, the paper presents a finding of 565 women with a mean age of 60 that early life stressor such as increase in marital problems. The issue may increase the risk of future diagnosis of MDD AS AGING occurs. It was noted that an increase in NLE will automatically double the increases in trajectory in stressors and to lesser extend an early high significant odds for the late life MDD. In conclusion, the article presents the negative effect of high stressors in which youths may elevate chance of getting MDD as women age implies that stress is accumulation of land without, prevention and treatment of aging women. The second article reviewed is by Kase, chen and cohen reviewed in 2010. The article objective is: to expose stressor and subsequent depression in aging women. The article gives a confirmation that most women at earlystage experience abuse in one way or another. The researcher collected data through the Unitedstates department of health and tried to find out how this type of stress acquired at an early marriage stage can affect women. The paper showed that 13% of the women were verbally abused and 9.6% were physically abused and the rest were sexually abused. It clearly shows that the abuse are experience while at early stage of life and this caused a very different and negative results when an individual grows old. There is a considerable association between the anxiety and depression and this was severally examined and similar results produced which looked at the sample of considered results to be the same. According to the paper, one should come to a realization that early child a buse makes one more vulnerable to depression at any particular time when the individual is confronted with the stressors in life. For this reason, it is true that one correct for one to have a consideration that when the stress comes early in life, it will be related to child abuse at some point in life. The paper puts three most important questions into discussion: The first question is whether the stressors are experienced during early life in the staged of life and more specifically a woman can the changes for major depression disorders during and after her experience. The second is what might be the identification, prevention and treatment for the number of chances that are associated with the individual to suffer major depression disorders clinical disorder. The main focus of this study is basically on the implication of the stressors and how managing this stressor can be difficult but of importance in aging women. The study undergoes through several stages of data collection several discussions and presents its finding on the effect and influential result of early child abuse in association to how women get abused in at anearlystage of life. In conclusion, the study clearly indicates that theearlychildhood or women early marriage abuse can last for a lifetime. It is however important to sue to understand the prevalence of this situation (Kasen et al.,2008). The situation reduces as people get old in life. To connect the first article and the second article, it is noticeable there is a relationship that exist between the onset of depression and the early childhood abuse of the old women who are between the age of 60-93. Unlike the first paper, the article reminds that the future study should put into consideration the involvement of a larger group in order to improve the quality of the results. The third article to be considered in on American journal of public health titled: Depression in Adult Women: Age changes and cohort effects. The articles objective is to find out the rate at which the women get depression and disorders. The article reports that the rate at which women get depression and disorders has arisenstately with no formal consent or explanation. It reveals the researchers who have come up with some proposed explanation for the trend and such a pattern. Some researcher has even argued that the stress is due to the sudden change of roles. The other researchers have cited this from the limitation of study, which has caused the lack of giving specific statistics. The study focus on the issue of distinguishing age and cohort and their association with depression. The paper used the statics data that was collected and analysed. The scores for this is depression were regression of data cohorts and age. The scores for the previous year were also used. It is evidence from the study that real life situationand the current women of the same birth rate has drastically increased the level of depression simply because the model. This level of depression is basically witnessed to be reducing as women get older and as role shift lessen. From this form of statistics, the health sector could also use this data to come up with health policy and social programs which will help the young women manage the level of stress in their lives and help in overcoming the collective effect of depression at their old age. The fourth article in this paper is on depression in adult as a risk factor: The objective of the article is to consider the important of risk factor in women depression and the effect of women youractivities on the old stage. This means that not all women at the old stage cantcope up with some situation in the lifetime. The article raises the question of what leads to older adult women to become depressed. It presents some schoolsfinding on structural changes on the brain. It states that it has found that those with depression are most likely to have a vascular risk factors including the history of cerebralassociated disorders which is also supported by the research (Kasen et al.,2011). It concludes that depression in older women can be understood from a lifespan diathesis stress perspective. The risks and proactive factor normally becomes less prominent in the middle of the depression as they change more periodically and more frequently. Conclusion: In conclusion, the results of the four articles provide a similar concept on the cause and effect of depression in older women. They both present the health and risk factor on the women who experience gender violence and presented a certain rate of gender violence factors. References: Ahamed, M., Alhadlaq, H. A., Khan, M. Gas and oil deposits are typically found inside sedimentary rocks because of decomposing plants and animals trapped in layers of rocks. These rocks being usually consisting of clay pieces, sand, and mud. These rocks are layered and deposited on sediment layers. The remains of small organic materials such as zooplankton and algae form petroleum. Vast quantities of these remains settled to sea or lake bottoms, mixing with sediments and being buried under anoxic conditions. The heat and pressure over millions of years have turned the mud to rock and the organic materials to petroleum. The formation of petroleum occurs in two steps. The first step is Diagenesis, the second step is Catagenesis. Diagenesis is the process of compaction on the low pressure and temperature conditions. This process includes any chemical, physical, and biological changes in sediments after the initial formation. However, the result of weathering and metamorphism is not considered. The organic materials contain proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates and they are rich in water. When they are deposited, as a result of chemical reaction, microbial action, and compaction the water is forced out and the proteins and carbohydrates are broken down to form waxy substances called ââ¬Å"kerogenâ⬠and ââ¬Å"bitumenâ⬠. Catagenesis is thermal degradation of kerogen due to increase in temperature in deeper burials. Catagenesis or cracking will turn the kerogen to hydrocarbon chains. Common Sense was written by Thomas Paine in 1776 after he quickly sided with the colonists in their controversy with Britain. The pamphlet delves into the understanding of the difference between society and government. Paine is considered to be one of the founding fathers of America, having a large impact on the American Revolution. His work also included writings about Deism and the French Revolution. Common Sense focuses mainly on the distinctions between society and government, including the distinctions between society and governments origins. The book was very widely distributed and quickly spread throughout America, and to France as well. I think the book really got the point across that Thomas Paine believed society led to all things good in a nation or civilization, while government corrupted men and brought out the violent and wicked acts in men. The book had great influence back during the life of Thomas Paine, and is still read now. This proves the point that the book has had an impact over a large span of time. I believe that if we work on Thomas Paines ideals, countries today can fix problems in their nation. Nations could uncorrupt their governments and learn to make their countries a better place to live in. Like it says in Common Sense, a country that is run with a monarch will not last as long as a country run by a democracy because the people in the end will have to ultimate say of what goes on in their country. In my opinion, anyone who is interested in past American politics, or politics of any country, should read Common Sense. It explains a lot of what went on with the economy of our country, and the economy of Britain as well. Question: Discuss about theBusiness Project Management for Warrigal. Answer: Company Profile Warrigal is a non-profit aged acre provider that is community based and has been in operation for more than 50 years. The organization is known for offering community care, residential aged care, retirement living and day respite care to more than 3, 700 residents in the community in Illawarra, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands regions of NSW (Warrigal.com.au 2017). They employ around 750 employees and boasts of volunteer number of approximately 355 who support their operations (Warrigal.com.au 2017). The organization has a CEO and an Executive team, along with a voluntary Board of Directors, who are leading the organization via their four divisions: Strategic Innovation and Development, Environmental Sustainability, Service Integrated Communities and Finance and Administration and Property Services (Warrigal.com.au 2017). The organization has been following the old medicalized model of aged care. Warrigal has set their purpose to support and provide help to the older people of the community so that they can lead a better life (Warrigal.com.au 2017). Problem Statement Warrigals service delivery approach has been customer push, where the value proposition has been focused on products and services, and the recent changes in customer expectations, government reforms, and sector competition and disruptors are pushing aged care operators to rethink their service delivery model. They have decided to remodel their service delivery approach into the customer pull method, where the value proposition would be focused on relationships, purpose, choice and place. They are conceptualizing the framework for their new service delivery model to be based on placemaking, discourse and sensemaking, shifting from the old medicalized model of aged care to a model containing wellness, customer choice and exceptional levels of service. Warrigal has been facing the need to change to continue as a viable care provider. They have been planning to launch their new service delivery model at their latest community at Shell Cove that is possibly going to be commissioned in Oct ober 2017 (Warrigal Shell Cove 2017). Approach and Methodology Warrigal Shell Cove Service Delivery Model has four drivers in distilling the thinking: relationships, purpose, choice and place. All these drivers are underpinned by the organizations philosophy for their clients to be respected, connected, independent and happy. This model would be enabled with the help of a variety of innovative inputs that count in employment model and recruitment, best work practices based on the latest research results, paperless systems and technology that contain a staff and customer portal, tactical business partnerships and so on. Warrigal has their own plans of commercializing the new serice delivery model and its enablers as they have found out that the aged care sector has several commercial opportunities. Before commercializing the service model, Warrigal needs to consider certain things. Warrigal first needs to consider the existing demand for such services in the market to ensure a steady stream of revenue. Moreover, there should also the appropriate level of support from the employees of the enterprise, alongside making sure that the overall enterprise strategy is squarely fit for the change. There needs to be a formation of a board too who would oversee the project ad be a part of it too.The staff to be included in the project needs to be equipped to handle customer service and support. A roadmap needs to be created for further expansion of the project product and service, and reach out a wider range of clients. There is also the need for solid governance, security, and compliance practices, which is extremely important in the healthcare industry. A tested recovery plan should always be ready for emergency situations for new operations. Warrigal must also keep in mindthe idea of p otential business partnerships for future developments (Spieth, Schneckenbergand Ricart2014). The commercialization Warrigals business model would take place in three stages: ideation stage, business process stage and engage stage. The commercialization action plan would be including the following steps: Development of marketing mix Addressing the 7 Key Ps of marketing Designing the model planning and preparation with business case development, and forming of a commercial roadmap Creating a budget for the commercialization process Managing the direct implementation and post-implementation management (Dmitriev et al. 2014) The most important stage in the commercialization process is to determine the way legal rights of the service model would be held and conveyed at the time of commercialization. Different methods are available for the same like selling, direct in-house use, licensing, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, or joint venture. The best way to commercialize Warrigals service model would be licensing (Ipaustralia.gov.au 2017).Bundling while commercialization of the service model would be the best option as it allows repurposing the value that has been already created for creating even more value. Legal and Ethical Considerations Execution of this project would require considerations to be provided in the context of legislations and ethics. Ethical considerations in the project would involve gray areas of interpretation and judgment. There is need to differentiate premeditated fabrication of estimates from authentic mistakes or the intractable overstatement of project pay-offs from authentic sanguinity. The responsibility of the project team is to promote and follow ethical practices. While carrying out the project high standards of professional conduct and integrity would be maintained, while accepting responsibility for their own actions and seeking to enhance the professional capabilities. Benefits Licensing would allow other organizations to use Wariagals ideas, copyright and trademark. What Warrigal would gain from this is that they would allow this in exchange for money or any other form of financial return. The best things is that the rights would remain with Warrigal only. Licensing Warrigals service model would help the organization indirectly enter a market. The time, effort and resources they would have used to commercialize would significantly reduce by licensing. The income would be passive as the revenue would be largely in the form of profit (Business.qld.gov.au 2017).
